Low Cleaning Fee! This tiny home is located 30min from Oxford MS, a hike in the woods to N Sardis Lake, or a short ATV ride. Recommended 2-4 people, If you like hunting, fishing, kayaking, this is the spot for you! We have an off-road entrance to Sardis Lake an awesome secluded spot, relax and have fun! Bring your toys! This is a cozy cabin that has 1 queen, 1 full-size trundle bed, 1- couch bed all in one small 418 sqft studio, with very little privacy, perfect for couples or small family!

This is a tiny cabin is in walking distance to Sardis Lake. We have so much fun riding ATVs, living the outdoor lifestyle, making bonfires, hunting, fishing, boating, skiing, tubing, kayaking. You’re able to do all the outdoor activities you can dream of here ❤️

Other Details to Note

This tiny home is located by Sardis Lake, the closest home to the lake on our road. It is about a 20 minute walk or a short ATV ride. Bring food - there's only gas stations, a couple of restaurants in the area. The closest grocery store is 30 minutes away. Due to 4 hour turnovers there will be, or may have, linens in the washing machine and/or dryer. Firewood is not always provided. Pets are not allowed to stay in the home unattended, without adults. Remember, never drive through puddles of water you never know how deep it is!

House Rules

-IF ANY PROBLEMS ARISE, LET ME KNOW ASAP ANYTIME, DAY OR NIGHT, OUR CELL PHONE NUMBERS ARE IN THE CABIN. -Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. There's an ashtray in the area outside -Septic tank, Do not put food, tissue, wipes, feminine products, grease, oils, or chemicals down any drains. -Pets are not allowed to stay in the home unattended, without supervision. -Fully house trained pets are allowed, - MUST BE NICE & under 35lbs* with - all pets must be approved. If approved $70 extra pet fee (fully fenced yard ) please put towels under dog bowls and clean any access liquids from the floor. -Additional towels for cleaning or pets are under the bathroom sink -Do not clean fish or game inside the cabin, fish cleaning station is on the side porch -If you notice anything missing or broken, please let us know. We would like the opportunity to fix or replace any broken or missing items during your stay. -No tampering, moving or disarming security cameras or fire detectors or moving of TV or stereo system or furniture. -Do you not remove anything from the cabin, other than the permitted items. -Consumables, do NOT eat or consume anything that has previously been open and left by other guest for your safety. If you open up a food item or medication, that is NOT individually wrapped, like children's ibuprofen, please take it home with you or we will throw it away. Please let me know if you take any medication home. It is free of charge. We just need to make sure we replace it for the next guest. -The bath sheets / towels are NOT for lake use and should not leave the cabin. You will be charged extra for damaged or missing towels. We do provide lake towels -Cleaning wild game, such as deer, additional equipment is available by request. Please clean up your mess with paper towels and cleaning towels and rags under the bathroom sink. -No illegal activity is permitted. -Hunting and fishing at your own risk, along with any other activities, promoted or offered by host. If you hunt on the property, you must sign a waiver and release of liability, or you will be considered trespassing. Government land is available for free! * make sure to follow all local and state guidelines and licensing requirements. -Do not damage the property or the contents if so, you will be liable for the full replacement value. -Follow checkout instructions when checking out.

The Catfish Cottage was such a nice place to stay. This tiny cabin was laid out so well and was so comfortable. The location was so peaceful and the hosts were so great. We will definitely be back!

The scenic trail, that opens onto a private beach with a 20+ mile shoreline, is directly next to the cabin. Suoer cute, private, comfy beds, good wifi, everything you’ll need is there. Super nice hosts!!! Highly recommend

We had an excellent stay. Beautiful walkable trails and views of Sardis. They supply plenty of entertainment and tools for cooking. It was a great stay. Nice to sit outside in the morning drinking coffee or fireside at night. Will be back again.
