This price is for 16 people, an additional 25 per person per day There’s $150 event fee, ask about birthday parties -Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. There's an ashtray in the area outside -Septic tank, Do not put food, tissue, wipes, feminine products, grease, oils, or chemicals down any drains. -Pets are not allowed to stay in the home unattended, without supervision. -Fully house trained pets are allowed, - MUST BE NICE & under 35lbs* with - all pets must be approved. If approved $100 extra pet fee, please put towels under dog bowls and clean any access liquids from the floor. -Additional towels for cleaning or pets are under the bathroom sink -Do not clean fish or game inside the cabin, fish cleaning station is on the side porch -If you notice anything missing or broken, please let us know. We would like the opportunity to fix or replace any broken or missing items during your stay. -No tampering, moving or disarming exterior security cameras or fire detectors or moving of TV or stereo system or furniture. -Do you not remove anything from the cabin, other than the permitted items. -Consumables, do NOT eat or consume anything that has previously been open and left by other guest for your safety. If you open up a food item or medication, that is NOT individually wrapped, like children's ibuprofen, please take it home with you, or we will throw it away. Please let me know if you take any medication home. It is free of charge. We just need to make sure we replace it for the next guest. -The bath sheets / towels are NOT for lake use and should not leave the cabin. You will be charged extra for damaged or missing towels. We do provide lake towels -Cleaning wild game, such as deer, additional equipment is available by request. Please clean up your mess with paper towels and cleaning towels and rags under the bathroom sink. -No illegal activity is permitted. -Hunting and fishing at your own risk, along with any other activities, promoted or offered by host. If you hunt on the property, you must sign a waiver and release of liability, or you will be considered trespassing. Government land is available for free! * make sure to follow all local and state guidelines and licensing requirements. -Do not damage the property or the contents if so, you will be liable for the full replacement value. -Follow checkout instructions when checking out.
